Envoy Ingredients opened its office in Irving, Texas — in the heart of Dallas–Fort Worth — to sit closer to the North American buyers we serve. On the supply side, we're not an intermediary: we hold formal representation agreements as the direct U.S. office for industrial IQF and juice concentrate processors based in Chile.
Most ingredient sourcing in this category runs through independent sales representatives — individuals who move between product lines and companies, with limited accountability for the long-term relationship and no real visibility into the plants they claim to represent.
Envoy is built differently. We operate out of a physical office in Irving, Texas, under formal representation agreements with our partners in Chile — not informal introductions. We own the client pipeline, manage account data directly, and maintain a structured, disciplined cadence from the first sample through years of ongoing supply.
That structure is backed by more than a decade of hands-on experience in raw material purchasing, processing, and export — the foundation that lets us commit to consistency in quality, in communication, and in the partnership itself.
Consistent supply and consistent communication, every cycle.
Straight answers about specifications, timelines, and capacity.
We measure success in years of account growth, not single transactions.
Direct manufacturing relationships and oversight, from freezing to final delivery.
Operating out of a physical office in Irving, Texas — in the heart of Dallas–Fort Worth — Envoy Ingredients is positioned at the center of North American food and beverage manufacturing — close to the buyers we serve and structured to move at the pace their supply chains require.
We're happy to walk through our process in detail.
